If you could be any mystical creature, which one would you be?

Here are a few: - Vampire/Vampiress - Witch - Mermaid/Merman - Fairy - Goblin - Etc I would love to be a mermaid. I would love the freedom and to be in nature all the time.

  11. I would have to say a witch. "witches" can do practically anything. and you don't have to use your powers for evil, like in Harry Potter, you don't see all of them blowing off peoples heads.

  17. witch. at least the way i imagine them...i'm actually *trying* to write a book about their relationships with humans... mermaids are actually the water kindred of witches, just another type, same applies for fairies.
  18. I would be a Selkie. Already, if I could go live in the ocean, I would. Selkies are a myth that originated in the Orkney islands. The story is that there are seals that are not really seals. They are able to remove their sealskin and underneath are actually a beautiful women (male selkies are called roanes). If a human were to find teh selkie's skin, that human could hide the skin and the selkie would have to stay with that human. The selkie may well love the human and have children with him, but if the selkie were to ever find her skin she would go back to her first love, the sea. It is also said that the children of selkies would never die at sea, because their selkie parent would protect them whenever they are out on the ocean.
